1. What is xPeerient™?

xPeerient™ is a community of CIOs and IT leaders that enables IT departments to dramatically reduce the hassle, time and risk associated with making IT spending decisions. This cost-free, SaaS-based service enables all members of the IT department to:

  • easily share common solution and provider experiences with unbiased peers at other companies
  • discover IT solutions and engage anonymously with solution providers
  • engage the IT selling community on more equitable, win-win terms.

At the same time, xPeerient™ dramatically reduces customer acquisition costs for enterprise IT vendors and channel partners by linking them with customers exactly when they are entering the marketplace to buy.

 

2. Where did the idea come from?

xPeerient™ was created by CIOs to remove the dissonance and waste in the procurement process of their IT departments and break through the isolation of making IT decisions.

 

3. What does it cost to join xPeerient™?

xPeerient™ is completely free of cost to IT departments.  An unlimited number of staff can join and participate fully with no restrictions.

For IT vendors and partners pay nothing to register, but pay a nominal annual fee to participate in the xPeerient™ marketplace and engage with potential customers.  Beyond that, you pay only when you respond to a business opportunity that matches your company's capabilities - never pay for an unqualified lead again!

 

4. Can my company advertise within xPeerient™?

No.  xPeerient™ is completely free of advertising and sponsorship.  It is important to CIOs that  all vendors and partners can compete on a level playing field within the network regardless of the strength or weakness of their marketing dollars.  There are plenty of opportunities for advertising outside of xPeerient™.
